When he first emerged into the public eye as a teenager in the “70s, martial arts prodigy Jean-Claude Van Damme was already a champion in karate and kickboxing. His martial arts prowess and ripped figure are two of his most notable characteristics. With leading parts in fight-centric action films like “Bloodsport,” “Kickboxer,” “Hard Target,” and “Timecop,” he became a global cinema sensation in the ’80s and ’90s.
He hasn’t undergone significant physical changes throughout the years, although his acting roles have become increasingly infrequent. Even so, he did lend his voice to the upcoming 2022 film “Minions: The Rise of Gru.”
